Supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with complex mental health, trauma, attachment, medical, and behavioural needs. This includes children and young people at risk of permanent exclusion, disengagement from mainstream education, and those in local authority care, including Looked After Children (LAC/PLAC),Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA), and at risk of becoming involved in the youth criminal justice system. My student-first approach sets me apart. I work in partnership with special schools, SEN provisions in mainstream schools, specialist colleges, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Alternative Provisions (AP),Children's Residential Homes, Local Authorities and other related settings across the UK.
